Whoa
I try to avoid posting about my personal life on here, but I thought I would share that Lauren and I are beginning the bid process for a house in Downingtown this evening. We will likely be surrendering every liquid asset we own in order to cover closing costs and whatnot, and it will probably be really tight for the next 4-6 months until we get used to putting nearly 7/8ths of our net income towards bills each month.
